Rule Them all

In many parts of the world there is a government that is based off of one person ruling over the less powerful but there is always HER right hand man. He may also have power but the dictator always shut him down. Now this is the queston, do you think that the governmental state of any large or small branch in society should be infected with dictatorship over the correspondence of the original state which is a democracy?

    I can relate this to Kayla and Rohan even in our small AEP group ther is still dictatership by the one FEMALE!!!!
