Will NASA upgrade their rockets or shut down

NASA
Should NASA shut down their shuttle program or go and upgrade their technology and rockets to a better standard. Its up to them to decide but what do you guys think. Will they stop their shuttle program or go and upgrade?

    The purpose was to shut down they`re shuttle program not the whole company. they still send nodes which contain supplies for people in the s.s.

    I know that NASA will get back on track and get the shuttle program back on top.

    i don't think they'll get the space shuttle back for a while i think there going to try and build something thats never been done before.
